World Para Badminton Championships

Jack Wilson heads off to Stoke Mandeville this week to compete in the Word Para Badminton Championships. Wilson has had a good season so far taking three medals in doubles (2 of them gold) in the three events he has played in (Scotland, Ireland and Wales).

Jack of course knows that this is a step up but will be hoping to rise to the occasion and increase his level with the big prize someway off in Tokyo in 2020 where badminton will make its debut.

Jack competes in the SU5 category in singles and in doubles.

He will be accompanied by coach Nic Strange.
